Here are some of the initial pictures of my Jeep CJ-7. When I got the frame it was very rusty and had some rot all the way through the frame rails. I wire wheeled the thing with my 6" Matabo (trust me, get it sand blasted, this is not an experience you want to have!) and then I sprayed it with Rustoleum gloss black paint. In these pictures you can see, my HP Ford Dana 60 front axle and the 4 link suspension I set up. I used 1979 F150 coil buckets which I cut down to fit, Ford 1979 F150 coils and the links are made from tractor supply 3 point links.
Here are a couple of shots of the rear 4 link. The rear is a standard cut FF D60 out of a 1978 F250. Gear ratio on both the front and rear is 4.10:1 and they are both miller locked! I built the cross member for the upper link mounts out of 2x4 square tubeing, 3/16" wall thickness. The rear coils are mounted directly to the frame (no coil buckets) and they are form 1988ish jeep cherokee. Again, the links are made from tractor supply 3 point links.
